The New Forest Art Society is one of the leading Art Societies in the New Forest.
It is a non profit making society that depends on the subscriptions - and the enthusiasm, generosity and hard work of its members.
Its main objective is to promote the interests of its members in painting and the kindred arts. Whether your interest is confined to the appreciation of art or you wish for practical involvement in the various mediums you will meet people with similar interests at our meetings.
The society normally operates in, or around, Lyndhurst but members come from all parts of the New Forest and beyond.

NEXT EVENT:	Wednesday 21st May 2008
	Demonstration: Helen Talbot - "Different Approaches to Drawing Skills".

	All meetings take place in the Pine room of the Lyndhurst Community Centre unless otherwise specified. The Lyndhurst Community Centre is off the main car park along side the High Street in Lyndhurst, Hampshire. Meetings start at 7:30.

Other Events :	NEW FOREST ART TRAIL is on between 10th to 18th May and some members are taking part including Jane Puckering, Garry Symes, Jan Hawker, Christine Coney, Brenda Molyneux, Pat Hatchley.
	Paint out days for 2008. Schedule now available. Check them out and put them in your diary.

EXHIBITION	The 2008 Summer Exhibition runs from the 18th August to the 24th August 2008. Selection of pictures from the 2007 summer exhibition (150 pictures)
